Felipe has more than 9 years in construction. Seven of those were spent as a project manager for a construction company working on Kainga Ora and Housing NZ contracts, so renovations and remedial work have been his bread and butter from the start.
He learned the trade from the ground up: preparing materials, liaising with building supervisors and organising the tradies on site. He also did a lot of the remedial work himself, so every handover met the standard he'd want in his own home.
